All succulent sales are final. Succulents are packed to ensure they arrive well and in tact. If a succulent arrives dead or damaged we will replace it upon request. Notice of damage must be provided within 5 business days of delivery. Care instructions are included with the product descriptions but can be provided via email upon request. Other items in the store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
